college AND portfolio prep

I currently work with high school students who would like to prepare a portfolio in art or design for college admission. My interest and point of view comes from a place of mentorship and individualized guidance. The process of creating a portfolio is not only about creating the work, but about unearthing a personalized story that shows through in the application process. Sessions can be in-person or virtual (or both).

“Thanks to Stephanie’s college portfolio prep, I was able to submit a portfolio I was proud of and confident in for college programs in graphic design. Collaboratively, we selected pieces that best represented my skills, wrote compelling descriptions, and displayed my work to tell a story about my design process. We organized my work so that I could tailor my portfolio to the schools I applied to. I am grateful for Stephanie’s coaching which helped me showcase my best work to prospective graphic design college programs.” (Caitlin, 2023)
